Bats coming into the chalet, need to look at a repellent for this occurring. But great service from reception, they arrived & took it out within a few minutes.

Everything was just perfect, the staff is friendly and the place is very clean.

The swimming pools are just too far from our unit ,maybe if you can add extra pools around the lodge

"TAKE MY WORD I WAS WITH FAMILY AND WE HAD PAID 4000 A NIGHT FOR 5 NIGHTS WE JUST STUCK AROUND."

ZERO NOTHING STAY AWAY TAKE MY WORD ITS SOLID AS GOLD YOU WILL REPENT.

1] lot of cockroaches 2] snake found in room 3] shower goes of auto while you bathe 4]The couch sofa in main room was looks like picked from pawn shop u can never sit on it.You will just slip out of it. 5] washing machine makes terrible noice you will feel like a mini earthquake. 6] THERE WERE 3 LOAD SHEDDINGS 1 IN MRNG FOR 2 HOURS 1 IN EVENG FOR 2.5 HRS AND 1 AT MIDNIGHT FOR 2HRS.THIS WAS NEVER CONVEYED. 7] THE ROOMS STINK 8]The kitchen Horrible.
