Não tinha sido cadastrada minha facial, tive que entrar em contato pelo WhatsAp, ir na portaria 2x e depois mandar selfie (sendo que já tinha feito todo esse processo antes de ir e falaram que estava tudo ok) e depois tive que ligar na portaria pra confirmar ainda. Meu acompanhante estava tudo ok e eu como hóspede principal não. Mas no mais, o restante foi tudo ótimo

A acomodação e a proposta é boa, um flat bem confortável que possui academia e piscina de acesso fácil.

Não estava adequadamente limpo, chão sujo, cobertor sujo e sem itens de cozinha suficientes. Forma de comunicação péssima da rede, não consegui reportar as necessidades básicas para minha acomodação ser mais agradável.
