The garden hotel

The hotel is in a prime location, within walking distance to major attractions and public transport. The staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and always ready to help.

The room and furniture felt a bit outdated and in need of renovation.

A great location

We stayed for 2 nights and couldn’t sleep because the walls were very thin. We could hear everything from other rooms and throughout the building.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it continues to exceed my expectations. The staff were very accommodating and always tried their best to fulfill our requests. The location is excellent, with easy access to both Jongno 3-ga Station and Anguk Station, and there are many great restaurants nearby. A special mention goes to the hotel staff for their kindness and attentiveness. Since we checked out early and left our key in the drop box, they called us afterward just to make sure we were safe. Such thoughtful service is rare and truly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Aside from the size of the room, others are all ok.

The hotel was perfectly situated near the tourist attractions, metro and bus stops. Also, the staff were very accommodating. We were able to leave our bags after check-out and explore the city before we fly out in the evening. Everything was just perfect!!
