La persona que atendia en el front desk era bien desatento y si le preguntabas algo se molestaba, ni te respondia el saludo, habia otro que si era muy nice y siempre saludaba.

El check in no es ágil, por otro lado realicé una reserva de cama queen size y según el recepcionista no existe x lo que si quería una king size tenía que pagar la diferencia, pero no respetaban el precio ofrecido por hoteles.com
