"Taj means best but ...."

Staff is very hard working

WiFi was not proper, staff is overburdened wity work leading to slow service, property is average does not look it is a taj property.

"Avoid for better deals"

Location is nice

Extremely squeeky bed. No sound barrier from street sound. Paid 1.36 lakhs for two days and the buggers didn't allow even breakfast. What a letdown for the brand

"A very well located hotel in shillong"

Rooms were clean. Breakfast spread was good. Staff was responsive. Hotel is centrally located.

The room which we were allotted was very small in size, difficult to accommodate an extra bed in the room.
