Really great staff

Very comfortable spot! I felt like I lived here throughout my stay. The family that owns this place is very welcoming and kind. They really exemplify the phrase "mi casa es tu casa". I was very sad to leave!

I've been living outside the capitol for 12 years, Enjoy trying new places when doing business downtown and recommending the ones where the staff is helpful, friendly and supportive. I did not find that to be the case here. This hotel seems to be about making money, not building good relationships. Sad. Good news is there are places like Arnels in Jalatlaco where you'll be treated like family. :)

Over all my stay was plesent. Dispite having a cnfusion when I got their our room was assigned to another person. The compamy made a mistake which they solved by sending an email with a new code for anther room. I was a little disapointed because the room we were assigned to begin with had a window. The window would of ben helpful because it was really hot and more room ventilation would helped make our stay more comftable. It would of been nice to have a window in the room it felt cloustrophpbic. It was very home inviting the people in charge were pleasent, welcoming, and polite.
