The Sunnyside Sisters Bed and Breakfast

Amazing house and property, and Martin was so friendly and informative! Loved hearing his stories of The Netherlands, the history of the property, and the chickens! Also breakfast was amazing!!

THE MAN THAT MET US WAS SO FRIENDLY. EXPLAIN EVERYTHING ABOUT THE PLACE AND OUR ROOM. . VERY HOMELY, OLD FASHION, BUT NICE. IN THE MORNING THE BREAKFAST WAS FRESHLY MADE AND THE JUICE WAS SQUEEZED WOW!! NOTHING PROCESSED. IT WAS THE TIME OF THE LAKEFEST IN CLARKSVILLE VA BUT I DIDN'T KNOW IT AND IT WAS A WONDERFUL TIME. I WENT FOR A FAMILY REUNION BUT RATHER HAD GONE TO THE LAKEFEST. IF YOU GET A CHANCE PLEASE VISIT. THE OTHER GUEST WAS JUST AS FRIENDLY.

We truly enjoyed our stay. This bed and breakfast was like nothing we had ever experienced before during our travels. The owners were so warm and kind. Each morning we woke up to the smell of fresh brewed coffee and fresh baked bread. The Dutch inspired breakfast each morning was exceptional. The room we stayed in was very clean and beautiful. We plan to return.

Loved the old house and its history. Loved the Dutch touch to everything. Moved the owners. Very very sweet people. We will be back.

That I had to go back home. I will miss them.

What a great bed-and-breakfast! We truly enjoyed our stay! The hosts were so accommodating and the food was excellent! We are planning and looking forward to our next stay!

A lovely place. So much restoration. Work on the inside of the building. Quiet and secluded. Wonderful hosts. Good food.

Breakfast is an awesome Dutch breakfast cooked fresh each day. The bread and cheese are especially good!

Great hosts! Thoroughly enjoyed meeting and talking with them! Breakfast was delicious, and as I am gluten free, they were kind enough to accommodate, even though I had let them know they did not have to. Room was very spacious (we were in the room at the back of the bottom floor), bed comfortable, and the whole property was quiet. We had looked forward to walking the property grounds but didn't have time. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area!

You want to stay here! Wonderful B&B nestled in Virginia's south side. It is everything that you would want in a bed and breakfast. Very pleasant surprises at every turn, the breakfast, the room, the grounds, the innkeeper. This is the kind of magical, fairy-tale sort of place that you dream about getting when you book a B&B. I could go on and on, but you get the picture. Stay here. You won't regret it.
