Dinner in the restaurant was good, nice trout

Hotel advertised with indoor pool as one of the facilities ; yet after we used the pool was told their was an extra charge to use the swimming pool. Lights in the corridor went out before you could even insert the room key. Little heat from the radiators. Room was bare

Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich und lecker! Siehe Bilder. Die Zimmer waren makellos sauber.

Das Personal sprach kein Englisch und hat sich beim Check out auch nicht mal vom Stühle neben dem TV erhoben um einem zu verabschieden oder zu fragen wie es war. Die saßen meist nur vor dem TV und am Handy. Nicht sehr zugewandt und mäßig freundlich. Die Ausstattung auf den Zimmern war auch dürftig. Das Abendessen war auch nur tiefgefrorenes Fleisch, obwohl wir etwas nationales bestellt hatten… Schade!

Piscina, moderna, curata și locul de făcut plaja.

Micul dejun foarte sărac, cu alimente de calitate inferioară- nicidecum de patru stele. Cafeaua la termos, deși au aparate de cafea... S-ar putea pune mai mult accent pe curățenie (mai ales în zona de spa- vestiare, dusuri), personalul este insuficient și obosit, dar cu un zâmbet in coltul gurii tot timpul, ceea ce le lipsește patronilor cu desăvârșire. Prețul/camera este ridicat, nejustificat de facilități. Un loc plin de betoane într-un colț de rai.

הצוות, הניקיון, השרות ובכלל הכל היה גרוע, נאלצנו לעזוב את המקום שעתיים מרגע ההגעה וזה לא הפריע לבעלי המקום. תודעת שרות גרועה ביותר.
