Residencias Samara

Truly high-quality facilities and grounds in a fantastic area within downtown Samara, a couple blocks from Samara Beach and otherwise walkable to all the main streets. Similarly accessible to the main road out (via car) to get to Carrillo Beach, plus convenient parking and wonderful staff. Clean pool area with great lighting is a major bonus on top of every other lovely thing. Well done to the owners for creating a beautiful property.

The tile used in the shower is incorrect for wet floor tile, as it’s not a matte or mosaic for non-slip. I almost slipped a couple times; it might be a pain to change, but it’s worth it for safety.

Walkable, Spacious, separate bedroom, comfortable bed, tv in living room and bedroom, kitchen and appliances worked well, screen door on terrace allowed us to keep door open and not let in mosquitoes, private parking, Saturday market with fresh produce, excellent juice/smoothies and Açaí bowls right next door , can walk to pretty and large beach, town had everything you need-groceries, bank, Dr/pharmacy, post office….very comfortable stay!

Modern conveniences, lovely pool, excellent and helpful staff. Ideal location.

Room was good, comfortable, clean.

Had a little trouble communicating with a staff person, just a language issue. I asked to book an excursion and to have room cleaned. She indicated yes but apparently did not understand what I was asking for. My fault as much as hers for not knowing enough Spanish. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Loved our stay, the apartment is very well equipped and the location is perfect. A few mins walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery store are all close by.
