A côté de l'entrée du parc. Pas de restauration, mais entouré d'hôtels ou on peut diner. Bâtiment pas tout récent, mais confortable et bien chauffe. Personnel très sympa. Une bonne adresse. Prix raisonnables pour le Torres Del Paine...!!

I know that there have been a lot of mixed reviews of this place, particularly with reference to the staff. That was certainly not our experience. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic but good and they even laid out a breakfast for us one morning when we had to leave before the restaurant opened. The location has a great view and the price, while expensive, is reasonable for the area. Some expectations to set: the power is iffy and also goes out at night for a few hours so if you need overnight power (e.g. for a CPAP machine), then that is an issue. There is no WiFi in the rooms but we lucked out in room 21 as it was close enough to the dining area to get a signal (of course only when there is power). The heating hours are limited, going out at around 2300 to midnight until early in the morning. But, go into it knowing all that you the stay is good. Or you can pay at least three times or more and stay in a fancier place.

As noted above, you have to go into this place with different expectations.
