Check in at 01.30 am. Called in advance to inform about late arrival. Did not receive the 6 digit number for the gate. It took som time to figure out how to enter through the unlocked door next to the gate and go to the main entrance and type in booking information at the screen. It responded by telling that booking was not validated and suggested no further steps to solve the problem. I called the number listed in my booking confirmation and a helpful guy came, started the computer and printed out two confirmations with a 6 digit number. My family had now been waiting 15 minutes in the car and waited a few minutes more as I tried to figure out how to open the gate. One of the codes did not work, so we could not enter the room and had to call the service number agin and received help after a few minutes of waiting. the hotel is old and run down and not at all like the pictures, which put it in too good a light. It might be good enough for a stop over, but it's noisy and if the purpose is to be rested the next day, it didn't work for us. My family is not used to luxury accommodation and we travel on a tight budget. After this experience, I have promised them to be more careful with the choice of accommodation for the next time.

Noget nær det klammeste hotel vi har været på. Stank af klorin på værelset, der var fluer der fløj rundt og fælles toiletterne var klamme. Prisen var billig - €32 per værelse - men man fik, desværre, også hvad man betalte for.

Séjour convenable. Minimum syndical pour la chambre mais bien pour un séjour d'une nuit.

A mon arrivée l'ordinateur de réservation ne fonctionnait pas et seulement à des appels le personnel est venu. ( tenu mal approprié pour un hôtel et visiblement j'ai dérangé le personnel dans la pause) j'ai payé tte de suite avec en supplément le petit déjeuner, mais après avoir visité la chambre , j'ai refusé d’y rester (pas de salle de bain privative). Comme je suis arrivée après 18 h, bien entendu, il faut payer la chambre, mais pas le petit déjeuner. Mais l'hôtel m'a pas remboursé le petit dejeuner!!!!

Dommage, que les toilettes et salle de bain ne soient pas privatives, car de ce fait, elles ne sont pas toujours propres.

L'ARRIVEE A POSE PROBLEME MA RESA N'AVAIT PAS ETE REcUE PAR L4HOTEL ET MA PORTE DE CHAMBRE A ETE OUVERTE DURANT LA NUIT PROVOQUANT UN SENTIMENT D INCECURITE

Rien à redire sur la propreté à l'intérieur de l'établissement.
