Very attentive and courteous staff.

The menu could be improved and additional amenities can also be added.

The staff was very courteous and willing to cater to our needs. The big pool hotspring was still being filled up and not ready for use, they allowed us to use of the private jacuzzi’s. We checked in late and they were willing to extend our check out time. They were very accommodating. They have excellent staff.

Some of the amenities need update, like tiles of the hotspring pool, it is old and outdated, floor in our room is coming off, water pressure is so weak in the shower.

The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms are large and nicely appointed with wicker furniture. The have a typical Filipino breakfast. Nice private spa although not as hot as I expected. Large outdoor pool and practically nobody else there so it was very quiet. If you like very quiet places, and this was during the week, then this is ideal. Maybe the weekends are very different. The property is ideal for conferences or weddings and large functions. The

Although this is not a major complaint the breakfast was about 45 minutes late even after we had pre-booked it. I think that there needs to be a separate cosier restaurant or cafe rather than the large open room. It needs some atmosphere in that way. The menu is somewhat limited and could have more international cuisine.

Hotel is very accommodating. Staff is friendly and helpful. Stayed during typhoon Katrine, very safe

Architectural design was beautiful and facilities were good.

Breakfast was good, we ordered scrambled eggs. Bar service was poor: only beer and wine by the bottle. No cocktails or leisure drinks.
