La Licorne Hotel & Spa Troyes - MGallery Collection

Week-end parfait avec mon épouse et ma fille de 6 mois à l'hôtel "La Licorne" choisi spécialement pour sa piscine et son spa. J'avais demandé un lit bébé et ce dernier était déjà installé dans la chambre à notre arrivée, ainsi qu'une petite baignoire et un chauffe-biberon. Merci pour cette attention ! Je remercie toute l'équipe, de la réception au responsable du petit-déjeuner et tout particulièrement le "monsieur à la moustache" qui nous a présenté la chambre et les services de l'hôtel et qui s'est occupé de la recharge de notre véhicule électrique. Nous repartons détendus et j'espère que nous pourrons y revenir séjourner prochainement.

Tout s’était bien passé sauf le dernier jour pour le petit déjeuner, il n’y avait plus de café à 9:45, plus eau chaude pour faire les œufs, pas de service pour les tasses , c’est décevant pour un hôtel de 5 étoiles.

A fantastic place to stay and visit Troyes, or as a stop over during a longer trip. Nice hotel, nice rooms, great service, small but good spa!

This is a virtually new hotel, only opened 18 months ago we understand. Great room and great location for sightseeing by foot. Extremely clean and a professional team to welcome and assist. If I return to the city we will stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at La Licorne Hotel. The rooms were very well appointed with quality fittings and fixtures throughout. The attention to detail in our bedroom with the carpentry and the curved bathroom door was excellent. The complimentary large bottle of water in the room every day was appreciated as was the chocolate on the pillow at turn down in the evening. The whole hotel was spotless clean and the staff were warm and friendly. There is valet parking for €25 per day and whilst not cheap, it does make life easier and your car is safe in the underground car park. The only area where I think that there is room for improvement is the breakfast offerings. The fruit salad was tinned, it would have been nice to be freshly made. On one morning there was a tiny pot of raspberries put out with around 10 raspberries in and some of them were mouldy. These were replaced when I had pointed out that they were mouldy but with still only a small number of raspberries, not enough for the number of guests dining. Fresh blueberries again were in a tiny pot. There isn’t anyone cooking a hot breakfast to order eg. an omelette. For €28 per person for breakfast, I thought that the breakfast offered wasn’t worth the money. Next time if I stayed, I would go out for breakfast. I would however stay here again and the city of Troyes really is a hidden gem. We stayed for 3 nights and there was plenty to do and see. It is stunning.
