Temiz ve konforluydu, İstanbul'a yakın çok güzel bir tatildi. Havuz vs temizdi dolu olmasina rağmen kalabalığı hissetmiyorsunuz şezlong bulma derdine hiç düşmedik bu konularda sorun yaşamadık. Yemekler konseptine göre iyiydi ve çok lezzetliydi et vs kaliteli kullanıldığı belliydi. Çeşit az bulanlar olabilir ama bence çok da yeterliydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi.

Turizm ile ilgileri yok, evet tesis yeterli ama hizmet? Müşteriyi düşünen yok. Sigarasız oda istemiştik izmaritler arasında yattık, klima soğutmuyor dedik, balkon kapısını kapatın dediler, kaç havlu aldınız diye sordular, 3 dedim, 3 kişi misiniz diye sordular… hakikaten ege, akdeniz ile alakası yok buranın…

"Average place but pool is ok"

The good: - pool is great - easy to find a place to rest - towels provided, still good idea to bring your own additionally - spa is ok, massage is good do get one Then not so good: - room A/C pumps cigarette smoke in - ceiling is mosquito graveyard, i counted about 20 dead - dinner always has long queues and not worth the wait. Food is so so. Area is not used effectively, you have to wait for the person in front of you to reach the food you need. When asked why food is not distributed so people dont have to wait, there is no logical explanation - there is no water on the table, you have to get up and get it from a miserable machine that may or may not work. Same machine dispenses orange juice at breakfast but it is not real orange juice either. The staff is very friendly but this does not make up for what could be managed better. I would go for day use of pool and spa but ideally not to stay. The area does not have many hotels so unless you are there for a reason, then you dont have a choice of course, there are finer options towards the city.

Muhteşem çalışanlar. odalar cok geniş konforlu. Tertemiz. Sadece kahvaltısının daha iyi olmasını bekliyorum birdahaki sefer için. peynirler salamlar beklemekten sararmış, kararmış idi. Birkaç gündür aynı malzemeler bekliyor izlenimi uyandırıyor. Bukadar güzel bir hotele yakışmıyor.
