great customer service location is about 8 mins away from the malecon theres also a bar / pool table where it gets poppin ahha

All was good and we had the pool to ourselves for the most part, and it was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

It was an awful experience. They charge me $40 dlls extra to have a 3rd child stay in the room. They charge the room on your credit/debit card but the desposit they demand cash. When you are going to check out, they tell the majority of the people that they will not give the deposit back because the towels are stained which is BS. We dont use hotel towels, we alays take our own and they still kept saying that they would not return the deposit because the towels were "stained" horrible experience with them. Will NEVER take my family there again.

Got charged for a small towel with makeup on it

The room did not have a refrigerator so you couldn’t keep any drinks cold. The location isn’t terrible it’s a bit of a walk to the beach. I was very mad because my girlfriend used their towel to take some of her makeup off and they said they needed to keep my deposit because the towel was “ruined”. Yeah ok like it wasn’t going to wash off in the washing machine. They took my entire $30 deposit for a ratty thin towel that probably costs $5 brand new. Such a scam.

Great place like always never lets us down

The hotel was in a good area but we stayed 3 days 2 nights and they never went to clean our room or change our towels and at check out they charged me 500 pesos for a hand towel that was dirty. Bad service
