I loved how they were always available to ensure we enjoy our stay. The flat has everything you would want in a flat, wifi etc.

There was no heater. I think that can be a good edition for winter season

This is the worst I have experienced in the past 24 months. It was like a motel.

Arrogance when I was getting lost. The room was not ready on my arrival. Shower design is poor.
