If you’re looking for peace and cleanliness, keep looking. Elite Apartments Rezydencja Wintera was a major disappointment. Let’s start with the noise: it feels like the apartment was originally one larger unit that’s been awkwardly split into four. The walls are paper thin — you hear everything. I was literally woken up by a couple next door fighting about one of them making too much noise. The irony. The bedroom is right next to a busy road. I’ve attached pictures showing the view from the bed. Constant traffic noise makes sleeping a challenge. But the worst part? The cleanliness. Or rather, the lack of it. Smudges on the pillow (see photo) An old shampoo bottle left behind in the shower (see photo) Hair all over the place A dirty shower head (see photo) And worst of all: mold inside the shower head (see photo). Truly disgusting. I honestly don’t know how I didn’t get sick. For the price they’re charging, this is unacceptable. Everything feels like it’s been done on the cheap — except what they charge you for it.

Bad experience. Attention, it's not a bed is a sofabed. Also is not elite apartment. The apartment was small. The service was terrible: we arrived at the apartment and they made us go to the office to pay for the cleaning service (which is already a rip-off) and also asked for a deposit on the credit card. Then they sent an email with instructions on how to open the apartment with codes. At check-out, we left the keys in the safe box at the entrance and went to eat something. When we came back and wanted to use the bathroom, the keys were already taken (maybe there are cameras on the floor??) - a very bad experience." There is not a parking spot. You need to park on the street with out garantie. And be careful with the deposit. The deposit still appears in my bank account. Poor experience. The information doesn't say anything about the sofa bed. When making the reservation, a note appears stating that it's not a regular bed, but a sofa bed (in terrible conditions) for €115 per night! Attention.
