Il villaggio è molto bello, in ristrutturazione. Eravamo veramente in pochi, visto che ad agosto a tulum c’è il sargasso sulla spiaggia. Ci saremmo aspettati di essere coinvolti un po’ di più da parte del personale, con qualche attività per Farci passare la delusione di vedere un mare impraticabile

L’hôtel est bien situé en bord de mer et pas trop loin des attractions touristiques

L’installation est vétuste et la plage mal ou plutôt pas entretenue. En plus des algues qui se trouve sur toute la longueur de la plage devant l’hôtel il y a des déchets en plastique qui traîne et que personne ne ramasse. Ne reste qu’une petite piscine pour se rafraîchir qui de plus était ouverte seulement jusqu’à 19h. Personne nous a informé de la présence de ces algues et de l’impossibilité d’accéder à la mer lors de notre enregistrement. Dès notre arrivée nous avons dû faire intervenir le room service pour faire changer une ampoule à la salle de bain et débloquer le porte fenêtre qu’on arrivait plus à glisser et enfin le jacuzzi devant la chambre ne fonctionnait pas et était sale. Vu les conditions et ayant réservé plusieurs nuits nous avons demander de raccourcir notre séjour mais la direction était inflexible. Nous avons changé d’établissement et payé une nuit à double. Dommage on se passerait de ce genre d’expériences quand on est en vacances.
