Location was perfect surrounded by nature in a very quiet and relaxing environment. The owner Roshan was very hospitable and always helpful with any requests. The bed was very comfortable and kitchen area had a large fridge with plates, glasses and cutlery supplied. There is full Cable, TV and Streaming Services available. The Bathroom is large with a huge shower area and the hot water was always working. The location is a couple of kilometres from the main road whereby you can walk to the main areas of town or beach or the host will order a Tut Tut or Taxi which will be there in a few minutes. A new Restaurant and Pool will be opening very soon at the back of the Property so everything is there that a 5 Star has.

A little bit away from the main street and beach but the feel is you your are completely isolated but so close to everything but a Tut Tut will be there in a few minutes.

The location is stunning. Really remote and beautiful.

It lacks some extra facilities - but a pool is being built and that will make it perfect!

Ruhig gelegen an der Lagune abseits vom Stadtlärm. Viel Natur, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gute Ausstattung der Zimmer, Dusche mit viel Druck, heisses Wasser, grosses Balkon.

Könnte ein wenig sauberer sein. Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es relativ viel Party Lärm von den Nachbarn Hotels/Häuser. Teilweise schwierig einen tuktuk über pickme aufgrund der Lage zu bekommen.

It was a pleasure to be a guest of this place. The owner took care of me as a guest and provided excellent service, including delivery of food from the grocery store. Very clean room and bathroom. Good chiller and very green outside. The room with bathroom has a lot of natural light and windows. Very cozy place. Thank you Roshitha.

This is the true meaning of paradise! Do not hesitate to book this accommodation. The view took my breath away and it will be hard to beat this as an experience! The host was amazing wonderful man who cared deeply for the hotel and his guests experience. He arranged onward travel for us with a charming guide. 5* amazing

The best hotel I have stayed in. The location is quiet and calm🏞️🌅. If you want to relax in Hikkaduwa, you should try this . The staff is also very friendly and supportive.
