USThe location was great.
There were some maintance issues that needed to be taken care of. The floor in the bathroom was coming up and the toilet was wobbly and needed to be secured. There is also a lot of noise in general. Other units, outside noise, etc.
NZLocation was excellent we walked everywhere. Felt safe. The lobby was beautiful, nice couches and smelt so nice as you entered the building. Pity there weren't any toilet facilities in the lobby. The room was great had everything we needed.

With solid floors, walls, ceilings, etc, it was so loud. We had 7 people and when we laughed while playing board games, I received text messages that we were exceeding the noise limit. We felt like we had to whisper to be respectful to neighbors.
