The staff was nice

The room was in very bad shape, bed too soft, tiny room, kitchen was very dirty so we didn’t want to cook there.. The first night rain water flooded the room through the closed window and our stuff got wet. We let the staff know the morning after and changed rooms, In the new room a little water also came in but we managed. The thing was that without fixing the problem in our first room, they let someone new stay there and I was shocked! So I warn that this place is not livable and totally not worth the price. They use A LOT of synthetic smells everywhere which was sooo exaggerated and made me feel sick!

Fair price, is a stop for tourist bus, nice food nearby

Good location to get on tourist bus to canebeno, they will come right to your door. Nice and helpful staff. Bed is comfy.

Quite cold at night, the hot water at the shower was not very hot. We got a room in 3/F so it was quite hard to climb with suitcases, with Quito altitude

The staff were really helpful and nice. The room was clean. The location is close to the bus terminal and to Plaza Foch (a common pick up point for tours). There is a Supermaxi (supermarket) close by (which is convenient if you need to buy anything).
