De locatie is prachtig! Ja, het is een klein stukje rijden vanaf Kuta en je moet trappen op en af naar de kamer, maar het uitzicht dat je ervoor terugkrijgt is het meer dan waard. Wij hadden de onderste kamers en heel eerlijk viel het trappen lopen ons enorm mee. Leuk gevolg is ook dat iedereen samenkomt in de gezamenlijke ruimte bij het zwembad, dat geeft een hele gezellige sfeer! De shuttle naar Kuta werkt ook heel erg goed

Das einzig nervige ist der Weg nach oben die Straße ist nicht bebaut. Autos und Roller kommen aber hoch, mit etwas Erfahrung. Das war für uns an sich kein Problem man sollte es aber vielleicht nur wissen

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cet hôtel situé sur les hauteurs, avec une vue absolument magnifique sur les environs. L’atmosphère est paisible, propice au repos, et le cadre naturel est tout simplement spectaculaire. Les cocktails étaient délicieux, le barbecue un vrai moment de plaisir, et l’équipe sur place jeune, chaleureuse et toujours attentive. Le petit déjeuner était agréable, et dans l’ensemble, l’expérience a été très positive.

Il y a toutefois quelques points qui pourraient enrichir encore davantage le séjour. L’accès aux chambres se fait uniquement par un grand nombre de marches, ce qui peut s’avérer compliqué pour les personnes âgées ou ayant des difficultés de mobilité. Une meilleure signalisation en amont serait sans doute utile. Le lieu offre un potentiel incroyable pour des activités bien-être comme le yoga, la méditation ou le pilates, qui pourraient être organisées face à la vue. L’offre de soins est aujourd’hui assez limitée, avec seulement quelques massages proposés : la création d’un véritable espace spa, avec hammam, sauna ou bains, serait une réelle valeur ajoutée. Enfin, quelques options plus saines au petit déjeuner seraient également les bienvenues.

Las instalaciones chulisimas, tanto la villa como las zonas comunes. El personal muy atento y amable. El alojamiento se encuentra alejado pero te dan la opción de alquilar moto allí mismo y además cuentan con un shuttle gratuito para ir a la ciudad de Kuta.

A nosotros no nos supuso ningún problema, pero para personas mayores o con alguna dificultad física, hay que destacar que hay villas para las que tienes que subir muchas escaleras

I really wanted to love this property, but I ended up only liking it. The pool area and view from the pool are spectacular. The food, though limited in choice, was good. The drinks were also very good. The first villa they gave me had no view whatsoever, it faced onto another villa. They took one look at my face when I walked into the room and knew I wasn’t happy. They were able to move me to a villa with an unobstructed view the next day, but still, for a hotel that sells itself based on the views, the fact that they have villas on a steep hillside location without a few is odd. Sell them as obstructed view, but not as if they are the same. The villas I had were on the edge of the property. At 6:30am a huge water truck arrived at what I assume is the neighboring property and made REALLY loud noises for about half an hour. I didn’t say anything, but then it happened again (in the evening) a day or so later. There’s probably not much they can do about it, but be aware. I wouldn’t call the rooms “villas”. Yes they are standalone, but they look very much like minimalist hotel rooms. I didn’t find them luxurious, just spartan. The “plunge pool” is laughable. It’s like an outdoor bathtub. I didn’t even bother to use it. The lobby/restaurant area is okay. There are a few sun loungers, and some [frankly] dirty bean bag like chairs to sit in. The reception desk is just a table with a staff member at it; no seating for the guest(s), just for the staff. And basically, that’s the whole resort: a pool with a beautiful view, some loungers, some bean bags, and a restaurant with a limited menu. I just sort of expected more. Lastly, and maybe this is just picky, the place is very casual. Staff members wear shorts or trousers and T-Shirts. But, multiple times I noticed the T-Shirts were just dirty and stained. Casual T-shirts are fine, but dirty is not. I also had an issue with my laundry.

Staff were always willing to help, no matter how small or large the problem - full of smiles and fun
