"Das schlechteste 5 Sterne Hotel"

Es gibt kaum etwas, was uns gefallen ist. Die Personal hat sich Mühe gegeben, insbesondere bei dem Frühstück. Ansonsten war die Lage gut, wobei es mit Parkplätze sehr schwierig war. Es gab keine eigene Parkplätze.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Wir haben Familienzimmer mit 3 Betten reserviert. Man konnte sich mit Kinderwagen sehr schwer durch die Flur bewegen. Es gab kaum Warmwasser und Mann musste lange warten, dann war es sehr heiß. Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber, die Telefonanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Toilettenpapier und Schampo wurden nicht gewechselt. Ich weiß es nicht wie dieses Hotel 5 Sterne bekommen hat

The hotel’s design and decoration were excellent, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. Its location was ideal, making everything easily accessible. It is very close to supermarkets, grocery stores, and a variety of nearby restaurants.
