"How to ruin your vacation"

The room was spacious and the bad confortable.

The policy of the hotel regarding the privacy and quietness. The hotel staff is not interested in helping you to have a quiet snd relaxing stay. Although other guests were making a lot of noise and we call the reception they didn't intervene to sort out the problem. They just pretended to do something while nothing improved and the noise continued till 4 o'clock in the morning.
