Filthy and horrible customer service. Would never stay there again

I enjoyed my stay. The location is ideal for my work. I would stay with Casa Hotels again. The specific property is in need of what I’d call both a hotel ‘deep clean’ (i.e., clean windows) and ‘maintenance check’ (e.g., tiles in shower are dislodged, electrical outlet missing plate, overworn area carpets). Regardless, I’d stay again.

The property was clean and close to venue we were attending. Would rent again.

Easy check in, super clean and spacious!

The location is pretty decent to walk around, it was a 30 minute walk to the beaches. The apartment itself was nice, clean and comfortable. Rooms were spacious, nice bedding. We did not really utilize the kitchen other than making coffee. There was a Keurig but no coffee pods, so we had to buy some at the local convenience store. The street noise in the primary room can be loud if you're sensitive to that kind of environment. The train ran all night long right out the window. We did not have hot water in the apartment forcing me to take a very cold shower (I had to shower then to prepare for a reservation we had, so I could not wait for the repair), but I reached out to the staff and they sent a repair man within a few hours. Overall, our experience was good and we would stay here again if we were visiting this area.

I liked it was pretty spacious beds hard, ceiling fan in bathroom filthy, Subway keeps you up all night.

Great location. Clean and comfortable.

Address was incorrect so we were staying about .5 miles away from where we thought. I booked here because it was walking distance from a concert we were going to. It was loud at night but because it’s write in the city. Overall property was clean,we had a nice stay and the host was responsive.

Nice place, lots of space, nice covered deck and in a nice little neighbourhood. Didn't get a check in message until 4pm the day of and the electrical outlets in one of the rooms didn't work.

Were were generously upgraded to the suite for our first visit. The apartment has two bedrooms, a nice living room, kitchen and balcony. Pictures are accurate. This is directly on Queen and Greenwood, so there is some background noise with the streetcars etc but this did not really affect the overall visit.
