リクエストを汲んで静かで長めの良いお部屋を用意してくれた。またチェックアウトは14時にしてくれ、クラブラウンジの雰囲気もとってもよく滞在は終始快適でした。初めて娘との海外でしたが安心して過ごすことができました。どうもありがとうございました！

お茶パックがあるのにお部屋にお湯を沸かすものがなかった。またお茶パックや綿棒やコットンなど一部のアメニティの補充がなかった。
