Sinasos Evleri

We stayed at Sinansos Evleri as a couple. This was one of the final stays of our Turkey tour. I had my hesitations since there were only limited customer reviews in the online space. But it turned out to be one of the best choices for our trip. First, it is a new hotel which explains the situation. It is located in a beautiful stone-walled historic mansion. The owner showed me the pictures of the restoration of the building. The result is very impressive. The rooms are great in size and comfort. The decoration is neat, purposeful, and elegant. We stayed in deluxe room, their low-cost option but it came with a very large double bed, a fireplace, and a sitting area. The hotel is located in Mustafapasa. Very close to Urgup and other attractions. It is a very tranquil village full of history. Lastly, I should also mention Gorgoli. This is the restaurant owned and operated by the hotel. It is again a very charming stone building, just next to the hotel, with nice indoor and outdoor seating. The food was great. Breakfast was as good as it gets. They also invited us for dinner. They offered a set menu with local delicacies and they called it the hidden treasures of Cappadocia. Very impressive selection. The chef also visited our table. We learned that they buy local ingredients and serve local recipes.
