Provided the right amount of space for our family Thanksgiving gathering.

The pool and jacuzzi didn’t get very warm but the kids enjoyed themselves splashing around nonetheless.

The space

Poor maintenance of common ares, specially pool and jacuzzi. There were some areas in the house that definitely would benefit from getting a Lil more tlc.

The property had plenty of room for the amount of people that we had.

The fridge would not keep the food cool, the theater room was not working, the tubs were very slippery (someone could fall), there was a huge crack in the door that the property stated that did not know was there even though you could tell someone had sanded over it, the hot tub water kept draining in the pool, there looked to pee pee spots on the carpet from an animal. If you walk around with no shoes the bottom of your feet would be black.

The house was beautiful, there are something that need minor repairs. But overall it is a beautiful house.

The home was spacious for the amount of people staying. It was equipped with enough kitchen utensils. My family was able to enjoy the pool table and movie room.

We had issues getting into the property as the security shack did not have our reservation. We arrived well after check in time, so I'm not sure why the security didn't have our reservation. There were a few cosmetic issues with the home inside. A few door knobs came off the door and needed to be fixed. The couch in the downstairs living room was being held up by 2x4 wood blocks. The fridge had a constant leak from the water dispenser and the maintenance guy was not ablw to fix it, the leak could have caused and slip hazard if we didnt keep up with the cleaning up the leak. The fossette in the kitchen was also lose. The wifi was terrible. The tvs were not able to connect to the wifi. It would have been beneficial for the home to be equipped with some kind of guide that contained wifi passwords and resources for guest to use instead of looking online or through the booking. There was not enough towels nor extra sheets if needed. My family was able to watch one movie in the theater room before the projector light or projector itself stopped working. The grill was locked but as the post advertised, grill is included in the stay.

Everything, it was very nice felt like home

The only thing was the sliding doors didn’t wanna lock.

The layout of the home was really nice

My door code didn’t work upon arrival I had to call several times to get a new code. In a few of the bathrooms the floors were covered in hair and I found medicine in one of the bathrooms .
