Classy abd superb as of advertised it is located in a very nice family hood area of surrey They have two ways of entry One from Main Street on 128 and other from back side We chose Main Street that was easier Hospitality was great room was outstanding appearance and class Honest hosts and trusted

Great strategic location beside buss stop and high Friendly host Well kept Royalty feeling

For Christmas We booked for our event Great price and bring at palace 2500 dollar for a day evebt abd 20 sleep over was great

We noticed they gave two types of rooms and suites Rooms with shared bath that is pretty good lower price like inns around Or Private suites like hotels We booked a room but they explained us is better we upgrade to suite and we did Everything was perfect there for us Being Family of 8 children with wife is not easy So I always consider safety and comfort This is my best experience by now We felt were hosted by their heart and wills to bring more laughter for us during Christmas

Majestic look

The owner was lovely. Property was way overpriced but it was the weekend of the Eras Tour so everywhere was. It's basically a big house with numbers pasted on the doors of extremely basic rooms. Shared bathroom. Zero amenities. As basic as you can get. If you're cool with that, then it might work for you. If I had other options that weekend I would have taken them.

I booked and wanted to cancel because the price was too high when we added additional guests. She refused to cancel my reservation and charged me over 500 for a room I didn’t even stay in. After she refused to cancel, I did not want to stay there. She was price gouging because there was a Taylor swift concert.

We really like this place It is very continent and safe Protected and easy access Price is fair and our family regularly visiting us staying here
