Excellent location and staff. Super friendly and communicative!

Kitchen is well appointed-I especially liked the sharp quality knife set Beds were comfortable, and room temperature is easily regulated. Access from the designated parking to the elevator to the unit was simple to accomplish. The units are ideally located, near bars, restaurants, and shopping. Hallway was a little narrow for the wheelchair user, but we navigated with care. The decor is lovely, with fabulous art displayed.

Parking usually required several k-turns; very tight if lots were full… I didn’t love coming straight into the elevator from outside; someone from the street could enter the elevator while I was entering the key code in the elevator, and I’d be trapped. Scary…. Minor, but hand lotion in the bathrooms would be nice😊

Location was perfect; central to downtown and walking distance to breweries, restaurants and shops. No keys required; we had a personalized code, which was incredible. All people in our party could come and go without worrying how they were going to get in. Place was clean, spacious and as pictured. Little touches like local coffee, makeup remover pads and toiletries in the bathroom were great! Check-in and check-out were both super easy. Lots of local info inside the apartment. Manager was responsive and helpful.

Not enough comfortable seating in the living area. We were 7 adults with one couch and 2 chairs. We utilized the dining chairs as well but not the same. The beds were super comfortable but the pillows were either super hard or too soft. Not a deal breaker but everyone commented on this.

The Loft was spacious and immaculate. It had all the amenities. It is priced very reasonably and I would stay there again.

The apartment was stunning and had everything we needed for our two night stay.

Location was very central and the apartment has been decorated beautifully. Would definitely recommend this property to family & friends.

Location was central to everything, onsite parking a big plus. Check in info and door codes sent as expected and worked well. When I contacted the property with a question spoke to John who was very pleasant and quick to answer my question. Property was very clean and well stocked with anything we might need.

The apartment looked exactly as listed. Everything was thoughtfully cared for - great beds, clean & modern facilities, well-stocked kitchen. Cannot beat the location!

I want to live in this apartment, had everything and then some. Comfortable beds and perfect location. This will be my go to accommodation in Asheville from now on.

Can’t think of one negative thing!
