Very clean and friendly staff ,

$.50 cent bag of chips was $3.50 , but overall very nice and clean hotel . Promise you , I’ll be back !!!

I liked all of the shopping and restaurants around. Didnt like given a key to a room that someone else had already been given the room. Lack of towels in room set of 3 each room instead of 4. A pile of dirty towels in the bathroom when entering my room. Tub faucet was coming out of wall. I cleaned the room with lysol but I did inform the hotel the room was not as clean as it should have been. They did bring lots of more towels and cleaned our room each day after, very grateful for that. We also were given an Happy Hour drink! Also, they'll start charging for parking come Aug 1st. Glad it was still free this week.

Property was top notch. Room was great, only issue was sliding bathroom door and room front door were extremely difficult to open/close/lock (Room 129)

We were very disappointed that there was a charge for breakfast. Normally hotels include the buffet breakfast with the price of the stay. The fruit was not fresh and had an aftertaste. Very limited breakfast for the price! In addition the bathroom was VERY dirty. There was hair in the shower and excrement on the toilet. It was clear that bathroom was NOT cleaned well.

This is my second year in a row, stayed 2 nights for Cincinnati Fest, I’d definitely stay here again. Hotel is 15 minutes away from Paycor Stadium. I hope they don’t get rid of free parking, they’ve advised paid parking starts next month, bummer!

Nice employees friendly staff

Hotel was newer and in great condition, very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint is you have to pay $10/day to park in the parking lot.
