The location, 5 minutes from the Lenovo Center

The AC in my room started making a loud noise at midnight while we were sleeping and continued to do it through the night and when we checked out and told the front desk person he didn’t ask how they could make up for it. Just said he’d tell maintenance to fix it before the next people came in

Very disappointed in arrival, at check in they informed me that the hot water wasn't working.

It was a nice suite. Me and my boyfriend went to the pool, fitness room, and ate the breakfast. We took advantage of the king size bed and hot shower. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. And we were able to walk to McDonald’s when we had a sweet tooth.

I didn’t like the fact only one elevator was working so it’s a longer waiting time to get where you needed to go. I also didn’t like that the hotel didn’t provide drinking straws so I had to walk to McDonald’s just to have some. Hotels should have everything provided.

Overall nice hotel with convenience to where our event was held.

Your housekeeping staff. Checkout is at 11 am. 9am a housekeeper knocked on the door said housekeeping and knocked again and proceeded to enter the room with us still inside in the bed. She never gave us a chance to get out of bed and to the door. Absolutely unacceptable. Fast forward to 9:20 she knocks again, unacceptable knowing she just entered into the room 20 minutes ago. Didn't know we needed to be out and felt like we needed to rush to checkout due to housekeeping pushing us to leave. 2 hours before checkout to enter into our room was not professional or considerate by any means. I paid to stay until 11am not 9:30. Once we decided to rush to leave so she could stop questioning when we were leaving we open the door and there she is standing right there. She immediately ask us if we were done, rudely. I would return here on our next trip for our event but due to this situation I will stay elsewhere. I've never felt like I needed to leave a hotel before I was ready to checkout. Your staff at the desk was great. Maybe do a little better on the housekeeping worker!

Breakfast was great, so was the pool and we even spent a good deal of time in the exercise room on the treadmills. Nice to have some side by side!

We like to walk, and there wasn’t much area for that, but that’s what happens near the convenience of expressways.

Actually breakfast was the only thing I didn’t particularly care for, until I stumbled onto the yogurt bar. That was excellent. I’m not a vegetarian. The rest of the food I tried wasn’t very good. We loved our room & all its amenities.
