Rooms are very small. For the price I paid it wasnt up to standard. Felt very claustrophobic, no balcony, and small window with no natural light coming in. Shower didnt have a door so water went all over the floor and the aircon outside the bathroom window made a horrid sound.

I had a disappointing experience with this hotel. The hotel lost my room key card and initially asked me to pay 20 USD for it, later “reducing” the charge to 15 USD, even though it was just a simple plastic key card. As a result, I constantly had to ask staff members to open the room for me, and I could not properly use the electricity system in the room without the card. There was no clear information provided at check-in about any replacement fee in case the card was lost. The only warning was written in extremely small and unclear text on the back of the card, and it did not specifically mention that guests would be charged in case of loss. Without clear communication beforehand, the charge felt less like a reasonable policy to encourage guests to be careful and more like an easy way to make extra money from customers. Overall, I found the situation frustrating and poorly handled.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Good location and compact rooms. Food was limited but preparation was good. Staff helpful.
