O hotel é perfeito... Excelente localização, limpeza do quarto é impecável, as instalações são novas e bem cuidadas. O café da manhã tem uma grande variedade de itens e todos de boa qualidade. Os funcionários são bem educados e solicitos... Super recomendo.

Faltou apenas ter uma piscina no hotel.

Achamos o valor um pouco alto para o tipo de hotel, mas entendemos que era alta temporada. O quarto é correto, tudo novinho e muito limpo, o banho é ótimo. Gostamos muito do café da manhã também. Quanto à localização, a vista da lagoa é bonita, mas o hotel fica um pouco distante do comércio. É preciso estar de carro.

A recepção no check in poderia ser mais simpática, menos protocolar.

Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, local limpo e tranquilo, café da manhã bom

Tem estacionamento mas são poucas vagas, é rotativo, algumas vezes dependendo da hora que chegar o carro fica na rua, mas a rua é super tranquila e segura, talvez não seja um problema
