Outstanding attention to details by Luca, including information regarding local transportation and attractions. Very warm and quiet lodgings. The one bedroom apartment has a nice separate kitchen and garden. Walking distance to zocalo.

Nice hostel with kitchen and a nice garden in a central location of town. Well-equipped kitchen available, good system to avoid having a mess in there. Friendly and helpful owner.

Rooms can get a little noisy (depending on the other guests).

Great location with amazing staff. The room itself was very good as well, and the facilities of the property were comfortable to use.

The only disadvantage of the room was its privacy - although it was a closed private room, noise could be easily noticed from outside and the adjacent rooms, and by just sitting in the lobby you could listen to conversations from the room.

the room was so nice and so clean. it can be cleaned whenever you want it to. clean kitchen and perfect location. good wifi! owner was very friendly. we arrived shortly after 9pm and he was waiting to let us in. even though we did not have internet to warn him! keep in mind that atm the road between the border from Guatemala and San Cristobal takes 2+hours extra.

Luca was very helpful in organizing a Cañón de Sumidero tour. The location is great. There is a nice garden and a nice indoor courtyard. Fully equipped kitchen and free drinking water.

The room is a little dark and the shower is not separated from the bathroom handwashing area so the whole floor gets wet.

Luca was super friendly and welcoming on arrival. The room was really clean and cosy and there’s a shared kitchen and garden which guests can use (though we didn’t actually use it during our stay). It’s not far from the centre of town either and is very walkable.

The rooms face and open into the courtyard where people arrive so it’s not necessarily the quietest. we had a bit of trouble with the front door too but Luca was very patient with us and came to our rescue very quickly - would recommend trying the key in the front door before venturing out for a late night just in case, as we were lucky in not being out too late.
