-the volume control for the television did not work -the television only received Roku -there was no control of the room temperature -the beds were not level or comfortable -the coffee butlers were empty on two visits with little selection to eat -there is a need for a rubber mat for the tub bottom to prevent slipping -the aroma of electric lettuce in the hallways is extreme

Was a nice quiite hotel, close to Tim Hortons and Mcdonalds and also close to the Mall. Our frontdesk clerk named Winnie was excellent and welcoming.

"Nice family weekend "

Very nice hotel, clean and quiet. Right next door to Tim hortons and Mcdonalds which was nice and across the street from the Mall.
