I liked everything. Pretty smooth check in procedure. All instructions / steps to follow precisely sent via email. Great location close to La Spezia city proper. Very easy to get to Cinque Terre as well. They have some toffess and biscuits in the passage / inside the room.

"A wonderful hotel"

The hotel is at the first floor of the building, convenient when you have a lot of bags and suitcases. The room is newly renovated and very clean. While there is no reception in the hotels, but everything you need, like cups, knife, spoons, even bottle opener are in the room.

The host is very responsive but as there is no reception in the hotels, sometimes you need to wait like 5 mins for people to open door when you check in or get back luggage after check out. But you can feel that they are trying their best to serve you.
