​Great ambiance, spacious rooms, and a wonderful team ​Highly recommend this hotel! The rooms are big, the ambiance is great, and the entire team is incredibly helpful. Special thanks to Duty Managers Adalat and Mohsin for their top-notch service. I shared a couple of minor suggestions for improvement with Mohsin, who was highly receptive. ​The 24/7 restaurant offers brilliant food options, and our room service meals for lunch and dinner were excellent. Plus, it is an easy 30-minute taxi ride from Karachi Airport. The kitchen team is incredible, happy to prepare whatever you would like, and the food is always top‑notch. The cleaning crew, including Amna, Wakeel, and others whose names I can’t recall my apologies, are equally impressive, friendly, attentive, and thorough with their job. Ambiance Karachi offers outstanding hospitality, perfectly curated space and welcoming atmosphere. The Ambiance Express Restaurant is an added plus for any time munching. Mohsin Zaib, the manager is an exceptional host and he facilitated my stay perfectly. I would recommend this place to everyone preferring comfort and serene atmosphere.

I suggest that the planters kept on the walkways should be trimmed as the sprout of plants cover entire walking pathway. Similarly, parking area although outside, needs a little bit cleaning.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with everything exceeding my expectations from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help, making check-in and the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. A big thank you to: Nabil, Wakeel , Usman, Mohsin, Hunzila and Adalaat. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding service.
