Ambiance Boutique Art Hotel Karachi

The staff is very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to M. Hunzila Shahid the front desk attendant. I facilitated my airport transfer something I did not requested on time. He provided me with an upgrade version of my room reservation and also help me organized my tour visit around Karachi.

We had a good stay at Ambiance. The staff were really friendly, the art boutique theme runs throughout the hotel with some great pictures all over from the rooms to reception and in the dining area. The location is good, good security and the rooms were clean and comfortable. My only niggle was the breakfast. The hotel had a breakfast buffet set up without any juices available. Given it’s a 5 star hotel this should be standard and available when you first arrive for breakfast. There were no plates or bowls at the breakfast buffet available as well as no milk for the cereal. We had to ask the staff to get the basics…. when asked for toast, very dry toast eventually arrived without any butter and non available on the buffet table. the breakfast was set up to order the juice from the waiter and to use a scanning system to order from the menu.. not practical and time consuming and definitely not a readily available breakfast when your in a rush to grab and go.. gave the staff some feedback, however the next day had not improved other than milk and bowls on the buffet table. I hope this hotel takes constructive feedback and starts to look at other 5 star hotels locally to see how they do it and learn what the expectations of guests are for a 5 star hotel. Otherwise as stated the staff were lovely and the boutique feel of the hotel is great. But please get your breakfast improved!
