Good place to stay

Good price

The place itself looks unkempt. The office has flies, bird cage that looked like it was not cleaned for a while, smell of smoke, laundry scattered on the floor, person assisting was rude and unfriendly. The room smelled of urine, sewer and sweat, musky and dusty. The sheets have stains, the comforter looked soiled and has not been washed for a while. The carpet was not vacuumed. Curtains have wholes. Windows are difficult to close and broken. Screen doors were damaged. Water from the faucet smelled weird. Whole night, noise coming from outside which kept us awake. Very unrestful stay. Should have closed down this place. Not a great place to stay. Even the price was too high for the discomfort it provided.

Stay if you didn't have choice

Nothing special, pretty well as advertised.

older motel, owners work hard to keep it up. No AC didn't need it as it cooled off quickly. Bright side was a good firm mattress making for a good nights sleep. Inexpensive

They are very cooperative, and friendly. Their dogs are friendly and playful. Overall it was good.

Expedia's representation and review recommendations of the property were very misleading. We choose not to remain at the motel, choosing another in Terrace Bay, regardless of paying Expedia in advance. Hoping for total refund accordingly "as we felt mislead" by the motel and Expedia's representing of this very poor and unsatisfactory dated old motel.

It was a cheap motel. Good and bad but that’s what I wanted to spend so that’s what I get. No complaints. Staff was very fun and nice.

Great People, Brian, and his wife, were wonderful, however, it was a bit noisy, and a T-shirt, to cover the door window, was not so cool !!
