New hotel, good hospitality from Mr. Cengiz, hotel position between Göreme and Avanos. The team also provides North & South Cappadocia Tour, Atv Rental, Horse Ride, Jeep Tour, Hot Air Balloon. I highly recommend everyone to book this hotel

"Exceptional"

A new hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms, very comfortable beds (they only have 6 rooms if I'm correct, so it's really cosy). The decor reminds the sultanate, absolutely amazing. The owner is really attentive and helpful. As for breakfast, traditional Turkish is served, but you can ask for anything you want. Very very happy with the choice, highly recommend.

"Magical stay"

We arrived at night and the staffs were so polite and helpful. Got a big family room of 4. Staffs are very helpful and we got our tour arrangement well arranged. Breakfast was simple but nice. Great location. Calm location. Recommended to famil and couples

Emirhan has been very supportive,he even gave us a ride to the restaurant.The hotel is very nice,the room is large and very clean.The hotel also offers a variety types of breakfast.Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Cappadocia.

"Zultanite Good Place to Stay!"

Very good place to stay, comfortable and clean. The breakfast aree served every morning was good as well. Hotel owner very friendly and good english spoken. We are very happy with our stay and satisfied with our trip stay in Cappadocia with all trip package. Highly recommended to all if you interested to come.

"Lovely and comfy hotel"

Nice hotel with clean and comfortable room. The room we stayed in was large. The hotel has a nice glass terrace with view of the open field where the balloons fly over. Çengiz, the owner is a friendly and helpful and took care of our stay in Capadoccia.
