Tom was amazing at helping us, and sent all his recommendations, it was so close to everything, we didn’t need to get taxis at all just walked everywhere, room was very big and clean, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!!

Just that there was no cleaning service, but for us it didn’t really matter

Location, size of room was great, bathroom lovely, everything very clean . Staff were prompt in answering questions.

Fridge wasn't cold and there is no safe place to leave your case on last day before going to airport. I didn't feel leaving it on corridor was safe.

The room was exactly like it was displayed on the pictures. Everything was clean and seemed very new. We felt safe in the area and it was the perfect location to explore the city. Supermarkets and restaurants were only 5 minutes away and the palace as well as the promenade 10 minutes from the room. Karlo also recommended us some very good restaurants and day trips.
