Caldo Luxury Rooms

In general, the staying was pretty good. The place was really nice. Everything was super clean and it was very comfortable. They had a binder over the desk with all the recommendations about the city and it was very helpful. The location of the place was excellent. All the points of interest are close by. We didn't need to take any transportation to get everywhere. There was a several convenient stores located nearby: markets, bakeries, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.

We had a little trouble because of a misunderstanding, but we thought it was an exceptional situation.

Ok experience altogether. TV was not working on the day of arrival - and despite being promised it will be fixed the following day, we had to remind the person in charge before he told us that it will not be fixed.

Nice clean perfect location to split old town. 5 min walk.

Parties in the bottom floor until 5 am

Fabulous room with every mod con. Loved all of it.

I have a serious complaint about the behaviour of other guests in the nearby apartments who caused a terrible disturbance until 0400. Bad enough for me to consider calling the police. The big downside to properties like this is that there are no staff after hours. It is a serious failing and makes me wonder if I would ever stay there again. Everything else was wonderful. Such a shame it took this incident to point out the huge failure of security with such properties. I take this incident very seriously. At my age I do not wish to feel insecure in my accomodation.
