Terrible. On arrival there was an extreme smell of drugs/solvents in the corridor. We had to cover our faces upon entering as it was a sickly chemical smell that made your eyes water. It was very much like someone was cooking/smoking H or meth in one of the rooms. There is no soundproofing so you won't sleep well if facing onto the street. Nightclubs pulse bass through the walls and vibrate windows. Broken Stuff List: - Broken Extractor Fan - No Hand Soap - Toilet Roll Holder Broken off wall - Toilet towel holder broken - Small Table in living room broken - No shower matts - Internet WiFi no working - Broken shelf in bedroom - Lots of roof mold in the Kitchen - Second shower head not working

Do not even think to book this place!!!!! This is the best advice we can give you. Booked this for 1 nights with my wife, hoping to be able to relax in the jacuzzi whilst watching something on Netflix. What foolish we were….. paid £85 for the night and been asked for a pre-authorised deposit of £100, in case of any damage we could have caused. But I can tell you one thing, there was no need for that, the place was absolutely trashed beforehand, you can see the pics for yourself. We booked this through Airbnb, and we were lucky that the Support Service intervened, we got the booking canceled and got the full refund, after leaving that night to stay somewhere which was 1.000 times more decent and cost on £65 (4* Hotel). We would not have dared to use the jacuzzi, the bathroom was full of mould and hair. The whole flat looked like was not hovered in ages and how can you say that you cleaned anything when the freeze looks like in the picture? For that amount of ice to built up to the point where the door does not shut, you need a few good weeks. Probably a few good weeks ago was the last time when this flat was cleaned. Water leaking damaged floorboards, holes in walls and tiles and more and more. In short, just a massive disaster and disappointment. This host is the most untrustworthy ever, every negative review they receive they try to make out that is the guest’s fault and they give a reply completely not related to the issues the guest is raising. Just as a reply to the host: How am I abusing your business? I think you are just not caring about your customers’ money. The photos just speak for themselves. And what is your policy? Provide unkempt and untidy accommodation? I think you need to become a better citizen.

Guy wouldn’t give me the code to enter the building without sending scanned driving licence which I didn’t have access to and refused to give me my money back so had to book another hotel anyway Lied about having parking never again!

We stayed here in September 2023 to celebrate our anniversary. When we arrived, there were some minor inconveniences that we noticed immediately, such as no batteries in the remotes so we couldn't use the TVs (we tried the apps to no avail), and the toilet seat being fitted way too far back. For these issues, I called the management team and was advised to go to Poundland to buy some batteries, and that they would pay for dinner for us to the value of £20. I could overlook the noise from the karaoke bar just downstairs, with enthusiastic but sadly talentless patrons, barely reduced by the single glazing. I could overlook the missing batteries and having to fix the toilet seat myself as a promised engineer never showed up. What I cannot overlook is the rest of the place, unfortunately. The bubbles in the jacuzzi didn't work. The heated towel rack didn't work. The extractor hood over the hobs didn't work - or maybe it did, there's no way of knowing, as there was no on switch, and it had also been so inexpertly attached that there were sharp, protruding screws around the casing. The floor was uneven to the point that it created tripping hazards, including a carpet rail sticking a couple of inches into the air. The plastering looked like it had been applied with a boot, there was bare wiring on the walls, and the smoke detectors had been removed (presumably by a previous guest who was frustrated with the lack of ventilation for the cooker). The round tables provided were too small to be useful and were so rickety that we didn't feel comfortable using them at all. I brought these concerns to the management team and they were very dismissive - they also conveniently forgot about reimbursing me for the batteries, paying for lunch - or even returning my £100 deposit as I had allegedly damaged the shower mixer (which we hadn't used at all). We're still waiting to see the bill of works from that, in fact. We also complained via Expedia, and were offered £15 compensation by the owners - but only if we didn't leave a review(!) I attach photos of the apartment to demonstrate the total absence of luxury. One to avoid as greedy, disingenuous management lied to us about the meal and (we suspect) withheld our deposit because we fully intended to leave a review warning others not to stay here.

DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE!! I chose this apartment for my 6th wedding anniversary and wish I never did. The pictures do not show all the problems the apartment has. Make sure you DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE!! The apartment is located on a paved street in the city center. There is no parking. You'll have to leave your car at the bottom of an uphill street. You will be greeted with dogs that are not on leashes, numerous homeless people, and awful singing echoing on the street by amplifiers. We could overlook all that and the wobbly small tables in the living area we left in a corner to not risk our 100 GBP deposit, the unusable TVs, being told to go to Poundland to get batteries for the 2 remotes as there weren't any, having to repair the toilet seat while also being compensated £20 for the inconvenience. The despicable state of what is being touted as luxury on this site is alarming. The jacuzzi didn't work so is in fact a bath. The heated towel rack didn't work. The extractor fan over the hobs has no on switch, and no lights so it doesn't work. The floors feel greasy and leave your feet gray, a number of tripping hazards. It seemed that there weren't any working smoke detectors. They must have been removed by people unable to cook without setting them off and not added back. The single glazing in the heart of the city doesn't seem problematic until you realize that there is a karaoke bar that happens to stay open until around 1 a.m. on Saturday. We have pictures to back us.

The bedding was old and it smelled of toilet bleach. My body smelled of it afterwards. I'm not sure if was properly washed. The duvet had lots of holes. The mattress was old and uncomfortable. The bathroom was ok. Definitely wouldn't describe the place as "luxury" in any capacity.

Lovely room very clean comfortable bed, no issues at all would recommend would book again.

I stayed in apartment 1, I loved the decor the spacious room with kitchen very nice, bathroom twin shower heads, music screen in shower although I couldn't get it to work but that didn't matter, bedroom was nice with rather large television 👍 again nice decor, comfy bed, the whole apartment was very clean, which is thanks to Iris who I met in the way out who cleans the apartments and kindly helped me with my bags, I would stay here again 🙂🙂

Pro - Really nice place to stay and well decorated. In the town centre of Bradford. Close to a lot of places. Clean. Con - tv in bathroom was not working. A few hairs. Next to a pub or a bar and could hear the noise from there but not really the owners fault. One of the windows does not have a blind to it so I’m sure anyone could be looking inside the property from the opposite building But I would stay again
