Starlight Retreat Yellowstone

The tents are situated in these meadows that makes it just feel dreamy. The tent was clean and the beds were very comfy. I’d suggest having a few more blankets in the larger tents, though. We are a family of five, and there were only four blankets. We were happy our kids brought their own.

The showers were lukewarm at best, but hey, we’re camping! So that didn’t break the experience for us.

Es un tema de expectativas. Si me lo venden como “tipi de lujo” y me lo cobran a precio de oro, espero al menos que esté limpio. No lo estaba. Te dicen que es parte de la experiencia, pero una cosa es estar en la naturaleza y otra muy distinta no limpiar. Mira que me duele que me hayan cobrado una tasa por limpieza viendo como estaba aquello!!!!! Iba a estar dos noches y solo me quedé una. La realidad y las fotos no tenían mucho que ver. Un solo inodoro para todos los hombres del camping (no sé cuántos había en el de mujeres, pero por las colas intuyo que no muchos más). Te dicen que están en obras con los otros baños, pero si miras los comentarios verás que las obras llevan una eternidad. Yo no vi a nadie trabajando en esos baños… son prefabricados, así que no se tarda tanto en tenerlos operativos. En las duchas, a veces sale agua caliente, a veces no. Yo fui dos veces, una conseguí ducharme y la otra lo di por imposible.

Cool location. Good idea. Bad execution.

It is supposed to be glamping. Needs more glam and less amping.

the tent is nice clean and comfortable. location of outent is far enough to hear the feeeway noise. though some tents are closer.they were nice enough to let us borrow their guitar

the zipper on the tent is super annoying and so hard to use. it deters me on going out to use the bathroom more than the cold of the night. and the shower is cold! you get lucky if you ever have hot water. i guess it cant handle multiple people showering. the bathroom is RV style bathroom. men's specifically only has 1 toilet, and 3 urinals for all guests. since the other ones are out of order.

Hot shower wasn’t working on the first night & heating should be standard and a part of set up as it was quite cold at night in mid June

The tent was cute and comfortable

A mat outside would help keep dirt outside. No liquid coffee creamer or cup lids.

Location and staff was good.

For the cold weather that we were there, the heaters were no way matching to enable better comfiort. Also there was too noisy even after 10:00 PM in night from adjacent tents and there was no one to stop them.Power connection in the tent was not working and also no way to switch on the lights. we had to be in dark and decided to leave as early as 4:00 AM. Very disappointing
