"Truly luxurious B&B"

this was one of the best places we've ever stayed at. Rich and Pail were excellent hosts and even picked us up/dropped us off at the local pub (that we'd intended on walking our dog to) as it was raining. Breakfast was probably the best I've had. Pitched as a luxury B&B and certainly fit the bill. Location is perfect

This boutique property was a wonderful relaxing and refreshing way to end our vacation. Rich and Paul were inviting and made sure our stay was quiet and peaceful. After the hustle and bustle of a city stay. Opening the balcony on the loft and listening to the sounds of the countryside was so peaceful. I highly recommend this location for anyone wanting to few days away with no inviting hosts. I would definitely stay again.

It was the best stay I have ever had the attention to detail is faultless the owners are so friendly and welcoming. The room is such a high standard the attention to detail is amazing the shower was awesome

A little oasis down a quiet country lane yet very close to lots of villages. Hosts were both excellent. Very friendly and helpful but not intrusive.

"Highly recommend - Hidden Gem"

We had an amazing stay at FL whilst in the area for a friends Birthday. A really luxurious Bed and Breakfast with some really cool upgrades and personal touches. Rich was an excellent host from start to finish and we can’t wait to return in the summer. We’ve been telling all our friends and family about this place. Great location if you are flying in or out of Gatwick Airport.
