Harbour Gem Sea View 5 by VallettaStay

The size of the appartment was great. The WIFI worked well, even with my VPN for business connections. The two bedrooms had been great as well as the size of the living room and kitchen.

The bathroom was clean, but a little bit outdated in the design. The view towards the harbour was not so beautiful as I expected from the description.

Very easy check in process, had a drop off point for luggage as we arrived a bit early and were very accommodating. Staff was also very helpful as we forgot some belongings in the flat after check out and they managed to bring it to us before our taxi to the airport! The flat was super spacious for 5 people and we loved the balcony - lovely at sunset time! Great locatio, everything in Valletta is in easy walking distance and great spot to go to the ferry port for Gozo. Would recommend!

instructions were clearly communicated and sent prior to checking in for arrival.

There is a gap in the kitchen wall so our conversations were heard both ways. A hairdryer should always be in the room and not have to be requested. The iron board was broken - but quickly replaced

The location was great, the furniture is new and everything was clean.

It was cold, the air conditioner in the living room could not heat up the room, there was draught in bedrooms beacuse the windows are in poor condition. There were bigger problems with the electricity and one night when it was raining a lot, the water was leaking through the walls in many places in every room.
