Location and view from the window is very good. We found coffee, tea, sugar and a traditional Maltese biscuit in the apartment.

The floors were cold, we could hear our neighbors through the wall in the kitchen as if they were in our apartment, the towels didn't look very clean.

Closeness to everything; a traditional Maltese stay

Stairs, especially with luggage. Not recommended if you have mobility issues. Recommend paper towels and dishcloth for kitchen. Water pressure and lack of hot water for shower would be a problem for long stay.

A spacious, high ceilinged, bright apartment in a great location with a nice balcony with excellent view. Friendly, helpful and accommodating hosts.

Long climb to 3rd floor is hard work for older guests. Furnishings getting quite tired No washing machine.

The view, the quiet location, even though it is on the main thoroughfare in Valletta. It's handy for the ferry to Sliema and 3 cities and Gozo. A bit further to the bus station. Great atmosphere in Valletta for Christmas.

The first few days were windy and the heating did not cope with draughts. We found a way to cut out some of the draughts and had to leave the heating on all the time. The living room was still cold. A couple of fleecy blankets would have helped. Fortunately the wind calmed and changed direction.

Very big, spacious, tall ceilings, great view over the sea, Sliema and the fort. Nice balcony. It is well equipped, it has a fridge, hob, kettle, etc It is very quiet inside, although only minutes walk from the center. Good price for what you get. Checkin and checkout experience good. Staff is really nice and accomodating.

The apartment is good with some minor improvements you could make it exceptional. It seems the apartment is not that well insulated so we had to keep the heating on all the time and at 24 degrees so we could have 21 inside. Also the high ceilings, the heat was just going up. It looks like there is an open hole behind the big AC and when it is windy it is making noise. So just cover that up with some expanding foam. We were never cold though but it does just seem as a waste of electricity. So I would recommend to put some insulation. Also I would recomment to put a coffee machine, like a capsule one, for example. It would make a big difference in the early morning. Or even one of thoose italian espresso makers. The door, historical one, opens only half and it makes it a bit difficult to enter with luggage, backpack. Careful, if you eat too much you might not be able to enter :). A funny minor inconvenience though.

Amazing sea view, large balcony, comfy bed and sofa, powerful shower, delicious complimentary Maltese biscuits, good location, air conditioning, very light and clean apartment and nice design, building full of character, ironing board and iron provided.

Dining chairs were split and falling apart, ripped curtain and difficult to move, very small shower even though the bathroom is big enough for a larger shower, shower base filling up with water, shower door kept coming off hinges and didn't always close properly, gap in wall in kitchen so heard neighbours, complicated rubbish/recycling system, kitchen lacking basic equipment such as frying pan, bread knife, colander to drain pasta etc.
