ULTIQA Signature at Broadbeach

always wanted to stay here, it didn't disappoint. beautiful hotel. great room and view . we were in a northeast ocean front. downstairs cafe is great. will be back for sure

stay was too short

The location is fantastic, just a few minutes walk to the beach, surf club, restaurants, cafes, casino, Convention Centre and about a 10 min walk to Pacific Fair. The pool is really big so there was always enough room and it is positioned well to be always in the sun. The sauna and spa were both great, but I didn't try the steam room or gym. There is a coffee shop right underneath for the morning caffeine hit. We were on the 21st floor facing north/east so the views were spectacular and the rooms have floor to ceiling windows to maximise it.

On the first night, the people staying next door sat outside on their balcony drinking and talking loudly until 4am (despite the 'no parties' policy. Thankfully they left the following day. A couple of the automatic blinds hadn't been charged so a few of them were stuck open or closed for the duration of the stay. We had a cockroach crawl down a blind 3 days into the stay, which was surprising as the hotel and room felt pretty spotless. Internet was 2G and consistently struggled when watching streaming services in the evening - I felt like for the price paid per night this is something that should be improved.

Roomy and good location

Staff were lovely and welcoming. Apartment was spacious, clean, modern and well appointed with a great view. Pool was good and loved the hot tub. I left one EarPod in the room by accident and called them, they found it and let me know straight away. It’s this kind of extra mile that makes the difference.

Close to beach and tram.

Garage door was being serviced one of our days, and we couldn’t get our car out. The same day when we wanted to go to the pool, we were told that they’d “run out”.
