La posizione della struttura è ottima, con una vista stupenda sulla campagna sottostante. Spoleto è raggiungibile in auto in 5 minuti.

Da migliorare la climatizzazione delle stanze e la gestione di feste serali con musica per gli ospiti che non vi partecipano

La cortesia dei gestori

La conformazione delle camere fa sì che una finestra sia affacciata direttamente sulla strada, che dalla mattina presto è percorsa da innumerevoli autotreni. Inoltre le camere, pur essendo dotate di aria condizionata, erano caldissime poiché l’aria condizionata veniva accesa 1 ora, massimo 2, al giorno. Sono state quattro notti quasi insonni in un bagno di sudore
